Overview
Hydraulic press machine adopts the structure form of three beams and four columns. The body is composed of worktable, slide block, upper beam, column, locking mother and adjusting nut, etc. Four-column structure is one of the most common structural forms of hydraulic press. The most notable feature of the four-column structure is the large working space, easy to view from all sides and access to the mold. The whole machine has simple structure and good technology, but the column needs large round steel or forgings. In a certain mechanical and electronic system, the hydraulic press relies on the static pressure of liquid medium to complete the backlog, transmission and amplification of energy, and realize the lightweight, scientific and maximum mechanical function. Hydraulic machinery has the characteristics of light weight, large power, simple structure, flexible layout, convenient control, speed, torque, power can do stepless adjustment, can quickly change direction and speed, wide speed range, fast performance, smooth work, low noise. Suitable for metal material pressing process, such as stamping, bending, flanging, sheet stretching
