The working principle of Shearing machine

Operating procedures of shearing machine


Before work:

1.Before the empty running test run, manual steering should be used for a working stroke, and the equipment can be started only after the confirmation of normal operation.

2.For equipment with hydraulic device, check the oil volume of oil storage tank should be sufficient.After starting the oil pump, check whether the valve and pipeline leak, and the pressure should meet the requirements.Open the valve to let air out of the system.

At work:

1.do not shear laminated sheet, do not trim the edge of the burr edge sheet, do not shear pressure is not tight narrow sheet and short material.

2.the gap between the knife plate should be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, but not more than 1/30 of the plate.The knife plate should be firmly fastened, the upper and lower knife plate surfaces should be kept parallel, and manual turning inspection should be applied after adjustment to avoid accidents.

3.The edge of the blade should be kept sharp. If the edge becomes blunt or cracked, it should be replaced in time.

4.when cutting, the material pressing device should be firmly pressed sheet material, not allowed to shear in the state of pressure is not tight.

5.For equipment with hydraulic device, except throttling and cutting, other hydraulic valves are not allowed to be adjusted without permission.

Precautions

1.Plate shears are suitable for cutting all kinds of steel plate, copper plate, aluminum plate and non-metallic material plate whose thickness is rated as the machine tool, and must be no hard mark, welding slag, slag, welding seam material, not allowed to exceed the thickness.

2.The use of plate shearing machine: according to the thickness of the material to be cut, adjust the gap of the blade;Adjust the die or fixture according to the width of the material to be cut;Before the operation of the shearing machine, make 1-3 empty stroke first, and then the shearing work can be implemented after normal operation.

3.If the machine is found to run abnormally, the power should be cut off immediately and stop for inspection.

4.When adjusting the machine, the power must be cut off. When moving the workpiece, pay attention to the safety of the hand.

5.Each part of the plate shearing machine should always be lubricated, and each shift should be filled with lubricating oil by the operator once, and the rolling bearing part should be filled with lubricating oil by the mechanic once every six months.

Use attention

6.Start the shearing machine for idling several cycles, to ensure that under normal conditions, try to shear different thickness of the sheet, from thin to thick.Ensure users are familiar with the shearing machine performance.

7.The test shear plate thickness must be adjusted to different blade clearance.If the blade clearance is not adjusted, the durability of the blade will be affected.

8. Open the pressure gauge switch and observe the oil pressure value during the shearing process. The pressure should be less than 20MPa when cutting 12mm plate.The pressure of the remote pressure regulating valve No9 is set at 20-22mpa when it leaves the factory. The user must abide by this regulation and shall not increase the pressure for cutting beyond the specified material surface, resulting in machine damage.

9. Sound balance during operation.Stop the shearing machine for inspection if there is any noise.

10.When the shears operate, the temperature of the oil tank is raised less than 60 degrees, and when it exceeds the temperature, shut down and rest.
