1.Press brake mold is made of steel after special heat treatment, with hardness, not easy to wear, withstand pressure characteristics, but each bending mold has his ultimate pressure: tons/meters,
so when using the mold to choose the length of the mold, that is, how much pressure per meter to add, must not exceed the pressure marked by the mold
2.In order not to damage the press brake mold, we stipulate that when the origin is aligned, the upper and lower bending molds with a length of more than 300mm must be used to align the origin,
and the upper and lower molds with the same height can be used only after the origin is aligned.
It is strictly forbidden to use the segmentation small mode for the origin, and the origin must be subject to the origin pressure inside the machine.
3.When using the bending mold, because the height of various molds is not consistent,
so in a machine to choose the mold can only use the same height of the mold, not different height of the mold
4.When using a bending mold, according to the material hardness of the metal sheet, thickness,
length to choose the appropriate upper and lower mold, generally according to the standard use of 5-6T under the mold,
the length is longer than the sheet, when the material is harder, the greater the thickness of the material, the application of a wider groove under the mold
5.When bending acute Angle or dead Angle, should choose 30 degrees upper die, the first acute Angle, after pressing the edge, in the bending R Angle, should choose R upper die and R lower die
6.When bending long workpiece, do not use segmented mold, reduce knife indentation, and choose a single groove, because the outer Angle R of the single groove V groove is large, not easy to produce bending indentation
7.When you choose the upper die, specific to use which kind of upper die, we should understand all the parameters of the mold,
and then according to the product shape to decide what to use the upper mold.
8.When bending the products with especially hard hardness or too thick sheet material, it is not allowed to use the mold to bend the steel bar or other cylindrical products
9.when using bending mold, should be clear, in the machine after the origin should be locked upper and lower mold,
do not let the mold fall down to hurt or hurt the mold, the operation process should pay attention to pressure,
not add too much pressure, pay attention to the screen display data changes
10.After use, it should be put back to the mold shelf in time, and put it in accordance with the mark,
often clean the dust on the mold, and anti-rust oil on the map, so as not to rust, reduce the mold accuracy
Normal bending sequence of cnc press brake die:
1.First short side and then long side: generally speaking, four sides are bent,
first short side and then long side is conducive to the processing of the workpiece and bending mold assembly
2.First periphery then middle: under normal circumstances, the workpiece is generally folded from the periphery to the center of the workpiece
3.First part after the whole: if the workpiece inside or outside some different from other bending structure, the general is to bend these structures in other parts
4.Considering the interference, reasonable arrangement of bending order: bending order is not invariable,
