CNC turret punch machine programming method

CNC turret punch programming steps:

1, open the menu bar "project - Create new project", the "Create new project" window will pop up, you can choose PLC type, program type and set the project name. This article chooses the FX2N ladder diagram of FX series. Click "OK", return to the main window, began to write ladder diagram program;


2, Next you can begin to write PLC ladder diagram program. We can find the corresponding input and output symbols in the toolbar, click can be added to the program editor, can also double click in the editor, input the corresponding symbols;


3, CNC turret punch after writing a simple program, you can click "transform - transform" in the toolbar, you can also right-click in the editor, click the transformation;


4, If there is an error in the NC turret punch program, the transformation will pop up a prompt window, prompting "there can not transform the trapezoidal diagram, please correct the cursor position of the trapezoidal diagram";


5, After correction program, transform, and then click in the toolbar "tools - check" program, "program checks" popup Windows, which can be "instruction, double coil, ladder diagram, soft component and consistency" check, click on the "execution", can check, check finished, will be in the information at the bottom of the window silently;  


6, After the program is checked and there is no error, you can click the "online -PLC write" in the toolbar to carry out the online debugging of PLC


CNC turret punch programming experience:

1, CNC turret punch press, the same artifacts to mold processing, many times to pay attention to the proper programming process layout, the same type of processing technology of the nature of try to arrange in the same processing programming applications, and to avoid when CNC turret punch press machining workpiece displacement caused by the same kind of process features do not match the hole position deviation and burr side.


2, CNC turret punch in programming knife row should follow: first small after big, first round rear, first common mold after special mold general principle;  The same procedure in the tool as far as possible to do less selection, the first selection of the width of the tool should be greater than the thickness of the plate, the selection of the knife as far as possible to choose, ensure that the total length of the cutting edge is not less than 1.5 times the length of the selected tool.  This is beneficial to improve the production efficiency of CNC turret punch and prolong the service life of the die.


3,There are different types of forming processing in the same workpiece programming of CNC turret punch, special attention should be paid to adjusting the tool path, so that the moving path is as short as possible, and when necessary, different forming tools can be crossed processed.  When machining workpiece with special tool, pay attention to the distance between two adjacent holes. In order to avoid forming damage to each other during processing, the center distance between adjacent forming ≧(radius of tool mould sleeve + radius of forming first).  For example, type A: the upper die diameter is 26mm, the lower die diameter is 25.4mm;  B: the upper die diameter is 47.8mm, the lower die diameter is 47.6mm. Among them, if the first processing molding is upward, the above mold sleeve is standard calculation, if it is downward molding, the following mold sleeve is standard calculation.


4, Mesh processing, pay attention to the mesh processing procedures placed in blanking outside, after other general cutting tool, avoid mesh processing caused by sheet deformation and lead to other hole dislocation;  At the same time, the pattern punching mode should be adopted and the X direction is preferred. In addition, if there is a pressing line process, and there are other punching processes around the pressing line, the pressing line should be processed after the processing of other holes, in order to avoid the extrusion of the pressing line and other holes deformation. Shape blanking, the X direction of the tool should be placed behind, and the processing path along the Y axis to the claw close (that is, close to the claw horizontal side after punching).


5, CNC turret punch knife row pay attention not to waste left on the table, using all fall or stay connected to the sheet, the latter must pay attention to leave material (micro connection);  The general use of material retention, and increase the width of the connection point (generally 0.3mm);  When all the washing down, pay attention to the middle priority over the surrounding blanking, to avoid the middle waste falling off the table after the surrounding blanking;  When blanking the inner hole, priority should be given to all blanking.  Inner hole retention sometimes because of the shape of the inner hole or the knife row limit only two connecting points, pay attention to avoid connecting points and cutting parallel to the formation of the material retention seesaw, seesaw movement in processing and fall off the table.  Its treatment method: on the same side has been the first use of a single punching way at one end of a knife, the rest of the way with line punching punching punching, and then use the retention of material online punching place, generally 0.3-0.4mm, on the side of the opposite direction processing, so that the connection point will produce dislocation, prevent waste falling off.

6, Internal rectangular hole or square hole row knife pay attention to avoid single cutting edge.  When the SQ knife is not reasonable due to technological restrictions, the OB knife or RE knife can be used to blanking the rectangular hole with rounded corners or right angles respectively, and then the appropriate SQ knife or RE knife can be used to blanking the rest of the middle part.  At this time, we must pay attention to the first edge and then the middle, so that through reasonable knife selection can reduce the contact, and reduce the wear of the tool.


7, Blanking processing workpiece must pay attention to the retention of material, according to the thickness of the workpiece, the size of the appropriate selection, generally 0.2-0.3mm four connection points. When there is special knife or chamfering, pay attention to increase the material retention, generally 0.3-0.4mm, and also increase the connection point.


8,Tool selection attention to the selection of tool width should be greater than the thickness of the material, continuous punching adjacent knife center distance should be greater than half of the tool length. Because the processing needs to be on the same side of the piecewise row knife, pay attention to the selection of the same type of tool, to avoid the difference between the tool upper and lower die gap and lead to uneven cutting in the form of steps.

 

9, The knife table fixed knife position tool as far as possible do not modify, must be when the editing, the fixed knife position tool to install different angles, should be on the original knife position editing, do not have to reinstall the knife in the empty position. When arranging knives, we must pay attention to the number of knife molds. Only one pair of knife molds can never be installed to several knife positions at different angles in the same program.


10, Salad hole processing, bowl knife should be immediately after the pre-punching processing, to ensure concentricity.  Because the bowl knife in the processing will cause extrusion deformation of the sheet, the row of knives pay attention to the bowl knife in its processing supervision area before other tools.  When processing the circle or arc with larger size, the square knife with smaller specifications can be used to nibble when there is no single punching with optional knife. Pay attention to manually adjusting the spacing and setting the appropriate spacing.


11, Mass production of the whole sheet of material typesetting (set of material processing), most of the use of zero retention of material cutting edge processing. A small amount of production (that is, a workpiece row is not satisfied with the whole sheet) should be given priority to Y direction full row.



12, When there is a special tool in the upward forming tool, that is, the lower die for the punch, the knife should try to avoid installing other tools around. Pay attention to the use of special tools: abnormal stiffener knives, knife line punching instruction was used when the knife, select manual set gap, gap will set the parameters as a percentage value, at the same time for to punch tooling mould is higher than other tool mold is more, under the sheet metal in the process of machining the collision and scratches, so after reinforcement processing after processing or a separate program for processing. The selection of special tool should pay attention to its processing direction, the existing special forming tool only pulling teeth and center punch can be up and down two directions of processing;  The salad hole, convex hull, pressing line can be processed downward;  Stiffeners, blinds, slots, etc., can only be formed upward.
