Operating procedures of shearing blade
1.Before operation, wear tight protective clothing with tight cuffs, and the bottom of the coat cannot be opened.
Do not wear, take off or change clothes next to the machine tool, or wrap cloth around the body to prevent machine wringing.
Must wear a helmet, braid should be put into the hat, do not wear skirts, slippers.
2. The machine operator must be familiar with the main structure, performance and use method of the hydraulic gate type plate shearing machine blade.
3. The machine is suitable for cutting all kinds of steel plate, copper plate, aluminum plate and non-metallic material plate whose thickness is rated by the machine tool,
and it must be the material without hard marks, welding slag, slag inclusion and welding seam, and the excess thickness is not allowed.
The use of methods of shearing blade
1. Adjust the clearance of the blade according to the thickness of the material to be cut.
2, according to the width of the material to be cut to adjust the mold or fixture.
3. Make one to three empty strokes before operation of the machine tool, and then implement shear work after normal operation.
4. In use, if the machine is found to run abnormally, it should be immediately cut off the power to stop the machine for inspection.
5. When adjusting the machine tool, the power supply must be cut off. When moving the workpiece, attention should be paid to the safety of the hand.
6, machine tool departments should often maintain lubrication, each shift should be filled with lubricating oil once by the operator, every six months by the mechanic to the rolling bearing parts of the oil once.
Application debugging
1, start the shearing machine for idling a number of cycles, to ensure that under normal circumstances, test shear plate material of different thickness, from thin to thick.
Ensure that users are familiar with plate shearing machine performance.
2, test shear when different plate thickness must be adjusted to different blade clearance. If the blade clearance is not adjusted, the blade durability will be affected.
3. Turn on the pressure gauge switch in the shearing process of the plate shearing machine to observe the oil pressure value.
The pressure should be less than 20MPa when the 12mm plate is cut. This remote pressure regulating valve No9,
the pressure of the factory is set to 20-22mpa, the user must comply with this regulation,
not to cut beyond the specified material surface to increase the pressure, causing machine damage.
4. Sound balance during operation. If there is any noise, stop the shears for inspection.
5. Increase the oil tank temperature & LT when plate shearing machine is operated; Shut down and rest when 60 degrees exceeds
Maintenance procedures
Only good maintenance of plate cutter blade can make its life long, so that users with more satisfactory. Shearing machine blade is a kind of forging machinery, the main role is metal processing industry.
1. Operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
2. Add lubricating oil regularly and FGBN1MH fixed point and quantitatively according to the lubrication chart requirements before starting each time. The oil should be clean and free of precipitation.
3. The blade of the plate cutter must always be kept clean and the unpainted part of the rust proof grease.
4. The lubricating oil in the motor bearing should be replaced and replenished regularly, and the electrical part should be checked whether it is safe and reliable.
5. Regularly check whether the triangle belt, handle, knob and key of the blade of the plate shears are damaged. If the blade of the plate shears is seriously worn, it should be replaced in time and reported for spare parts supplement.
6, regularly check and repair switches, insurance, handle, to ensure their reliable work.
7. Every day Few minutes after work, lubricate and scrub the machine tool.
8. It is strictly prohibited for non-personnel to operate the equipment. Usually, people must leave the machine and stop.
Select material
The selected materials of the blade of the plate shearing machine are divided into three categories; Carbon - bonded tool steels, low - alloy tools, alloy tool steels, etc.
The blade can also be customized according to the materials selected by customers
1.Carbon bonded tool steel. Carbon bonded steel is generally used 65, 75 steel, T8, T10 and other materials.
The heat treatment hardness of the blade produced by this material is HRC52º-56º.
Suitable for ordinary low carbon cold rolled sheet and waste recycling shear. This feature is low cost, product price is appropriate.
2.low alloy tools. The commonly used materials for the blade of low-alloy tool steel are 6Crw2sI, Cr5, O, 9 CrSi, Cr12MoV, etc.
The heat treatment hardness of the blade is HRC58º-62º. Suitable for shear of hot rolled plate, stainless steel, medium and thick plate.
3.alloy tool steel; Alloy tool steel shearing machine blade materials are: 4Cr5MoSiV1 (H13K), 7Cr7Mo2V2Si9 (LD), W6Mo5Cr4V2 (6542) and so on.
The blade of this material is used for high temperature shearing of hot rolling BILlet, medium and thick steel plate. The blade material is characterized by high temperature resistance and not easy annealing. It is suitable for hot rolling and hot shearing process of rolling mill.
