General introduction.
1. Control axis is an automated positioning device that used to control the bending angle and the distance of the workpiece .
Mainly divided into three parts: Y axis, CNC backgauge axis X, Z, R and mechanical crowning axis V.
Y1Y2 | Control the slider to move up and down |
X1X2 | Two fingers move back and forth independently |
R1R2 | Two fingers move up and down independently |
Z1Z2 | Two fingers move left and right independently |
V | Mechanical crowning |
2. Our standard equipment:
DA53t | 4+1 Axis Y1, Y2, X, R,+V |
DA66t | 6+1Axis Y1, Y2, X, R, Z1, Z2, +V |
DA69t | 8+1Axis Y1, Y2, X1,X2 R1,R2 Z1, Z2, +V |
Y axis --- Control the slider to move up and down
The Y-axis is responsible for the bending angle.
Left and right cylinders can move independently on CNC bending machine , so it is divided into Y1 and Y2.
X, Z, R axis --- CNC backgauge
1. What is the CNC press brake backgauge?
The entire movement mechanism behind the bending machine is called CNC backstop.
It's an automatic positioning device, which centering the bend line over the v opening of the die.
Mainly composed of a beam, a screw, a motor, a finger, and a guide rail.
2. What is a finger?
Finger is a motorized structure which connected the CNC press brake back gauge. By resting the metal sheet to the fingers, we determine the bending line.
Messerpress CNC press brake comes standard 2 fingers.
3. X1 X2:
The two stop fingers move back and forth independently. (i.e. perpendicular to the ram)
Function: conical bends or edges with different depths.
4.Z1 Z2:
Two stop fingers move independently left and right.
Function: convenient to adapt to different lengths of workpieces, without manually moving the fingers, improved the efficiency.
5.R1 R2:
Vertical movement of two fingers , and is useful when we have profiles with multiple bends.
V-axis(+1 axis) --- The crowning axis of the CNC bending machine.
In order to eliminate the adverse effects of the deformation of the slider, which requires crowning for the deflection deformation of the slider.
Through crowning, the deformation of the machine slider is offset, thus ensuring the accuracy of the machined surface and improving the accuracy of the workpiece.
How to choose the control axis of CNC bending machine?
1. We have 4+1 axis as standard, Y1, Y2, X, R,+V, with DA53t, which can meet the needs of general customers for accuracy and automation.
2.If you process a variety of plates, we suggest DA66t 6+1 axis: Y1, Y2, X, R, Z1, Z2, +V.
It can quickly adapt to different lengths of plates, greatly improve the work efficiency, widely used, and get more money for you.
3. If your products require higher precision, and the products are more complex and diverse. Such as conical bending.
It is recommended to use DA69T with 8+1 axis.
