1. Lifting:

3. Preparation before the test:

1. Preparation before test and operation:

(1) Fill the tank with filtered N46 ordinary anti-wear hydraulic oil 340KG (user's own).

(2) Check whether the clearance of the blade is suitable, and make necessary adjustments when necessary.

(3) Turn on the power to check whether the action of each electrical component meets the requirements and whether the installation is appropriate. Press the button, travel switch, foot switch, etc. Watch whether the action of the electromagnet and relay is sensitive.

(4) Start the motor. Watch whether the steering is correct, check whether the pressure in the hydraulic system meets the requirements, whether the relief pressure of the relief valve meets the regulations, and whether the reversing valve is sensitive.

2. Test and operation:

After all the preparatory work before the test is completed, the test and operation can be carried out. The operating procedures are as follows:

(1) The board moves the operation button, the power switch is on, and the green signal light indicates that the electrical system can be operated with power.

(2) The starting motor, in turn to punch the cylinder, the upper and lower cavities of the profile cutting cylinder filled with oil to check whether the punch and profile cutting blade can reach the upper and lower dead points.

(3) Empty running test, in order to punch, profile cutting point and single stroke test

After each test is eliminated in time, the next test can be continued.

The load test should be gradually loaded, and the test times should not be less than 3 times when cutting or punching the maximum specification.

The lubrication of the machine is dispersed by manual oil pump, and the oil gun is filled with calcium base grease ZG-3, and refueling 2-3 times per shift to ensure that there is sufficient oil at each lubrication point.
